Fraudulent Charges

I arranged a sail trade and one more cottage with Period on December 31.in the same period, I arranged a shore tour for 4 people (2 per cottage). The shore activities were $55 per person. I rec'd a contact just detailing 2 people. I began calling in January to try and verify the scheduling for 4 people. I've been shuffled around and recurring emails and calls haven't been solved. I rec'd a contact from Period recently declaring I had a need to contact Interface Campaigns straight. I did so plus they didn't have any scheduling for me personally whatsoever. I settled them $220 to plan the 4 tour that Period currently billed me for. I talked to Period nowadays plus they stated I was overcharged on my deposit by $110 however it was not the coast tour, only a mistake. I've the dysfunction that Period delivered me in Jan also it obviously provides the coast tour costs for both rooms, $110 per cottage. She stated I had been incorrect which was interior invoicing and Period does not owe me something and explained to not contact my charge card organization since I had been confusing the problem. I'd like my money-back and also the curiosity for that these costs for yesteryear 5 weeks. Period encourages the excursions on the site as well as their booking agent recommended the activities. I had been billed 5 weeks before plus they have twice spoken each time I contact them. I'm really upset that the business does business in this way. Just how many individuals have they billed for shore excurstions they never arranged? It is clearly a check and that I WOn't employ Period again and that I declare BEWARE to anybody who tries to make use of Period due to their journey accommodations!
