1/19/09 I contracted a booking cruise for 11 nights on Celebrity Cruises. I specific stated I had to have the early dinning due to being a senior and used to eating early. I paid $2,689.44 to have this relaxing cruise. When I got on aboard the ship, they had me eating late meal. I called agent and told him if I could not get what was agreed on, I would leave and cancelled. He informed me he could not agree to refund my money. I was expecting a relaxing 11 days. I contacted the person in charged of meals and said he was overbooked and could not help me.
When i got back i sent agent all information showing where he agreed to early seating and where I was asigned to late meal. He would not agree to refund any money or even me apology.
When someone agrees to a contract, takes my money and does not fullfill it, I believe this is a fraud.
