No mention of the $79 service fee until the end

Reserved a trip recently together. No reference to the $79 service-fee before finish. No telephone number to contact. No confirmation email as guaranteed. Costs did display on my card, including for that flight. Needed to contact the flight (Usairways) to determine easily was actually truly reserved about the trip (I had been.) Held the trip because it was much, but I'm processing with my charge card to obtain my "service-fee" back because the support is nonexistent. BBB costs them as Y. Nevertheless no reaction to some of my emails.
