Promised to get my timeshare rented or sold w/in 6 months for top dollar at top market convention exhibition

Interval Realty Service promised to get my property rented or sold. They took my credit card payment for $399 on 8/3. On January 28, I contacted the company & spoke to Zoey Mathews, a few months eariler I had spoken to a Marie & sometime inthe spring of 2008 around April I spoke to Jimmy Miller the Officer Manager who said he would personally take care of this case. I called several times leaving messages over the months & then I got caught up in my own lifes troubles. As of today, 3/19 I have never heard from this them again. I have tried to contact them but they are unreachable.
