My partner and that I purchased in to the Blue-Green hotels in 2005. For that first year or two, it had been good. We really improved our possession towards the Platinum standing, 30,000 points annually. Next it's been all downhill. Maintenance costs have a lot more than tripled. Resort-quality has declined significantly. An example, we invested time in Orlando previous summer, theoven in residence didn't work properly, electrical sockets didn't function, no cooking devices/items in home to talk about, not really a baking pan. They're providing free months to anybody who would like one, thus a myriad of riffraff within the pool region to the stage I'd to remain with my daughter within the swimming, not only about the pool terrace. Customer support is low-existant. If you should be disappointed, they don't care. We're $40,000 within the pit. Can not promote finished, no body wishes it.

Do Not get Blue-Green, of course if you're not confident, simply take within the preservation costs on quarry, the mortgage is reduced. You could have it.
