Buyer beware

I agree with everyone else the sales people are pushy, they don't take no for an answer.

My story is they contacted me to say that I still had an account with them and they had a special going for 149.00 down and two payments of 70.00. I paid the 149.00

I called the agent I spoke to Debbie Moore at ext 22 and informed her that I wanted to cancel and to refund my money she stated I had to wait to receive the package in the mail.

I told her don't you have all my information and you can just give me money. Well she was mean and pushy and refused.

I contacted my bank USAA (love them) and the representative I spoke to contacted EtourandTravels while I was on the phone. Long story short they ended up canceling it and sending me an email stating they are refunding my money. I LOVE USAA.

I highly recommend you do not buy from them read the reviews
