Rip off — do not do business with them it is a scam

This company advertises a "best rate guarantee", but when one tries to cancel a reservation they are told that there is no price gurantee & in reality their guarantee states that they only guarantee that the rate they post is the best available to them on that specific date and tiime & they do not guarantee their prices against anyone else, like most of the reputable firms do.

They will not let one make a reservation for more than 14 day and seeing that my vacation would be 17 I was forced to make two reservations and when I cancelled them because I found substantially lower prices almost anywhere I looked - I was hit with $100 in cancellation fees.

I think that is why they, different from most other reputable firms, take the entire purchase amount out when you make the reservation & so that they can only refund you that amount less their $50 cancellation fee, or $100 in my case.

Neither I nor anyone else I know will ever use this site again and I encourage everyone to do the same.
