A Plus Transportation Services
Unproffessional, Unreliable Service

This company was recommended to me for its transportation services provided to school age children. When I contacted the owner to set up services he was very courteous and gave me a quick response. Services for my child began 2 days after I contacted Aplus. They were timely and responsive to my requests for the first week. I was told that my daughter would be picked up from school by 3:45pm each day; however, there were more than two occassions where she was not picked up until after 4:40pm. The school called me to inform me of this, not the company.

Not only were they late picking up my child, but they also forgot to pick her up one day and I had to call to remind them at 5pm! That same evening they had a male adult passenger who kept stating that he didn't like to ride with children; which made my 5 year old very uncomfortable. She told me of this occurrence, not the transportation company.
