I also had the sameproblem with Horizon Rewards. I went to the address on Lucien Way in Maitland, and it was a vacant office.
I have a friend that is a private investigator, John Martin, located in Florida also. He did some checking on this company and found theydid close in July of and all members of the establishment had declared bankruptcy.
He also checked to see if any other businesses have beenopened since under the owners name, and there hasnt been.
My last attempt was to contact the state, and was told thatHorizon Rewards was forced to close their doors, and that no civil action canbe taken against them due to the bankruptcy, and the fact it was a corporation, protected under the law.
I feel at this point it is a lesson learned.
