Failure to deliver agreed product

My wife and I agreed to hire two fighter/trainer jets in the companies advertised "Top Gun" adventure
It was her 60th b'day in 08 and though the initial outlay was serious money; my wife has some health issues and I know I will not have her forever and flying jets was one of our life-long dreams
The package was $3300 per jet plus $1800 to "re-locate" one of the jets to have the two together and was to include filight video of both of us
When the two pilots landed where we were to meet them (aprox 3 hr drive from home) they both told us we had driven right past the airport (an hour earlier) where they were stationed together! So there was no necessary re-locating of one of the jets.
Also when we got home with our video tapes mine was only 15-20 minutes of a 75 minute flight and my wife's tape had audio but no video.
The company has refused to re-imburse us for the un-needed plane relocation or for the incomplete videos.
Very bad business manner; I would not recommend this company
