Realty Trade
Scamed me out of money/lied to me

Traveling & Tourism

I was promised to sell my timeshare within 2-3 weeks based on the week, price and location @ Orange Lakes River Island. I was told he already had offers on my unit but could not advertise it until the 895.00 was paid upfront. I paid him in full and called and e-mailed numerous times but no response. After 8 months I asked for refund as promised and was told they would give me another 6 months free. I refused but that is what their perception was and was hung up on. I called back and spoke to management and was told no refund could be given because I agreed to another "FREE" 6 months. That time has passed and still no answer. I have called the last couple of months just to find out the toll free number has been disconnected. I just want my money back and I hate to think that it was a scam to purchase the unit to start with and a bigger scam to try and sell it...
