Never got my refund back

WE guide at bundle with Atmosphere Gorilla this past year to get a visit to Rome, France for November. It stated in most the paperwork the air-tickets were refundable and we're still awaiting the reimbursement. We reported using the BBB and got nowhere, the atmosphere gorilla man stated that we ought to proceed and attempt to obtain the reimbursement from USAirways and USAirways stated they've nothing related to it, the travel company must look after it. After heading back and forth nothing occurred and at the moment I am considering employing an attorney to obtain my 1000 bucks back. Never guide anything with atmosphere gorilla-expedia, they ripped you down!!!
