Liers and borderline fraud

We guide trip with www.clickandfly.com and get a "bookingsuccess" notice. They contact us and obtain published charge card agreement that they'll deliver their record. They never deliver and we contact 6 occasions and provide numerous emails and fax numbers. We create a contact for them questioning them agreement of our card once we are getting our business elsewhere. They cost our card and we discover 3 days later. Their consultant who manages grievances respects or mail refusal and claims he'll get us a return. Thirty days later we've no reimbursement and he retains lieing if you ask me stating he'll contact me back. We've informed US Air, approached numerous vacation businesses they fit in with (centered on images on the site) and our charge card that people think about this scam. Avoid the corporation!!!
