Went on an Alaska cruise with Princess last year, attended the art auction, i was interested in the ships navigation chart that was used for our cruise and signed by all the ships officers. After winning the chart i hired Princess to Frame the chart and ship it to my home. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for my framed chart to arrive. 10 weeks i made my first call, got the runaround between the auction house and and Princess, it has been close to one year, they never sent a check, never sent my chart, and princess is not standing behind my purchase, they have stolen $350 dollars plus the framing. I will go to small claims court, and will never cruise with Princess again, they are thieves who should not be in business.
