William Sanders, lisa, and Erica lied and told me that my timeshare would be sold in Nov. I have not received a check yet

William Sanders, Lisa, and Erica lied and mentioned that my timeshare would be sold in November and that I would get a check immediatedly. It is now April and I have not received my check yet. Later in the week I call back someone name Michelle has gotten a nasty attitude with me when I told her what was told to me. Furthermore, each time I call back during the week, I may hear from a different person or no one at all (the line is supposedly busy or I get a voicemail). I just only want my money back. Can someone help me, please.
