Obtained records like a incentive for joining this journey membership. All have already been useless to date.

1."Free" sail - All times are "high-season" therefore additional cost. Not have a "foundation" cottage, therefore an additional charge is needed for an "improved" one.

2."Free" Holiday for 2 - needed to email in a subscription for this. I shipped it in 5 times prior to the contract. They stated it arrived in 2 nights following the contract. (I understand the usa email is not often ideal, but SEVEN DAYS!!! PLEASE.) Cheated from that too.
