Absurd refund policy

Although touring in Viginia, I incorrectly ordered a resort online in Richmond, in the place of Roanoke, Va, I instantly recognized my mistake. I named Travelocity within 2 units to stop, or move the reservation. The person I talked to declined to assist me, and declined to allow me talk to an excellent. Alternatively, he held me on-hold until my mobile phone battery used out. Follow-up emails and telephone calls were fulfilled with increased automatic solutions—at no stage was I actually voiced to like a genuine individual.

I've applied Travelocity often previously, but never needed to cope with customer support. As their item isn't any distinctive from every other online travel website, and also the costs are nearly always similar amongst their rivals, all we've to distinguish one in the different is support. Travelocity did unimaginably badly within this respect, and so I might suggest utilizing every other support over them. I'm greatly disappointed.
