I named to guide a holiday and described I came across a much better cost the representative assured me they'd complement it, I simply needed to guide online and publish a screen-shot of the low cost and it'd be studied care of. I arranged on the Friday. I'd not seen back from their store within the weekend and upon calling the 800-number a note described these were under lots of stress because of the current storms and so I waited to contact the following week. The woman I talked with explained you didn't obtain my mail using the screen-shot which it was too late because it was after dark 24 limit. I talked to a lot of of the customer support representatives who have been rude and dismissive, the ultimate "supervisor" Mark spoke over me and spoke right down to me informing me to "quit" and obtain over it, there is nothing he might do. I'm extremely upset with this particular organization. It appears after they get your cash they're completed with you. Upon happening the journey the resort had difficulty obtaining our reservation, the leading desk woman stated they also have difficulty with this specific organization & most everybody who employs them continues to be disappointed with their solutions. Save yourself the problem and guide having a greater organization. The BBB provides them A - D score!
