My partner and that I remained in Riu Aruba, for 10 times that have been a headache! It began whenever we got there, we reserved and taken care of a water-front collection, and were informed they overbooked which space would not be accessible for 5 times so when available we'd be transferred, and because there's NO administration on-premises the reimbursement for that 5 times would need to be posted by mail to HQ in Italy within the type of a contact plus they have as much as 15 times to react!? Then we experimented with get anything to consume in the only location available at 3pm (whenever we first came) that was the buffet... How it isn't turn off from the panel of wellness/sanitation is beyond me!!! Today depriving we make an effort to consume at-one of the "premium" restaurants and today we're informed that you simply need to make a booking using the assistant, which shuts at midday, to be able to eat there, so we visit steakhouse that will be alone we're able to enter and also the food was uneatable!!! Today talking to additional resort visitors, THAT the restaurants are terrible and in the place of have a possibility on refusing to eat we ate out daily! More $ dropped! The only real benefit compared to that is the fact that we unearthed that the residents would be the many pleasant and type people which there are lots of Exemplary eateries in Aruba!!! Ie. Madame Janette!!! Which the Riu doesn't replicate the wonder of Aruba! Aruba ought to be extremely annoyed! It was our first trip to Aruba and we're nervous to come back due to our encounter outside the resort!!! The Riu was a headache completely around, support, food, not clear, etc! I really hope this resort is turn off to ensure that no body encounters this headache again!
