Resale buy owner didnt provide me with the service that I was intitled to. I would like to be remburst the amount of 1521.00

The company called me with false information about having a family preaproved to purchased my propertey they also told me any extra weeks that I hand that they would rent them out for a one time fee of 325.00 they charged me and upront fee for selling the propertey at 1196.00 the total charges the company charged me was 1521.00 This company havent done anything that was promised to me my propertey hasnt been sold or rented the company will not return any of my phone calls I have left them several voice mails that I wanted a refund I have filed several complaints against the company I feel like this company is scamming hard working people out of there money and something should be done about this.
