After plunking down 5 thou, I repeatedly attempted to guide excursions thru VTC. While all my attempts failed, I charged VTC to get a reimbursement, declaring inability to provide guaranteed solutions. I gained my little-claims court match within NJ. I'venot gathered something aside from the fulfillment of earning, and that I am still out the cash.

The Benton office stated that my issue was using their regional business, Contemporary Holiday Planning, plus they weren't liable. Well, I Have been a business operator in another type of function, and I understand any trustworthy franchiser stands behind the franchisee once the title and trustworthiness of the company reaches risk.

Avoid these folks. They guarantee you anything, consider your cash and provide nothing.
