Marc Anthony Russo, alias Neal Krammer, along with his partner (b*h) Richard Sullivan, scammed me out of over $1,000.00. I thought I was renting his apartment at 11 Stuyvesant Oval, Apt 2H, in Manhatten. Once I paid, I never heard from him again. He books multiple people and then lets the highest bidder in and ignores the rest and pockets the money. He lives or did live at 179 Essex Street, Apt #1, NY.
People Have taken him to small claims court & he still doesn't pay anybody back. How can people be allowed to do this? Only in America.
Call the leasing office at Tishman-Speyer, 888-245-2098, and let them know he ripped you off. He rents that apartment and isn't supposed to rent it out.
