TripReservations.com: refusal to pay my refund of $332.63 after cancellation of travel plans

Happy new year, to you all. Thank God they is a website like this that would attend to people problems.

Some time last year, september i was billed to travel to america, for a global congress in florida. As a project manager, it was necessary to attend such a professional congress process. After confimation from PMI.org of my attentance. I had to book a hotel reservation with tripres.com, but later cancelled the hotel booked very early to avoid any form of panalty. I sent a mail to there customer care that i have cancelled the booking, but they sent a mail that they will look into my issue and send my refund.

Till today, i have not received my refund. Please assist me. Thanks
