Party Bus "Fully Loaded" with broken stuff! No DVD player. No Giant TV. No Smoke machine. No storage. Even bathroom was broken!

This company was horrible. Half of the promised features on this "fully loaded" bus didn't work.

The giant flat screen TV didn't work, the DVD player didn't work, the smoke machine didn't work, there was no extra storage space, the bathroom - ugh - where do I being - was super smelly, didn't have any running water in the sink or tiolet, the door was broken, and there wasn't even a mirror in there! The seats was ripped.

The bus driver demanded a 20% tip after the web site stated that gratuity is at the customer's discretion.

The customer service is the worst ever! I have called and emailed this company for 2 months without One response from them. They keep giving me the run-around. People on the phone are rude and unprofessional.

Do NOT use this company!!!
