Rip off

I hired a truck in the Houston area and delivered it about the fifth. Our entire journey was ruent since the truck had leaks, that moist both bedrooms. The drain was stopped-up with no shower curtain and only 3 bath curtain hangers. The Comode wouldn't eliminate. The truck was totally useless. I've nevertheless not obtained my deposit back, with no payment for that lease. This an ordinary event with this specific organization?
