I was contacted by Michael Stracener on 11/26/07 about selling my timeshare. He gave me this wonderful sales pitch and guarantees up the yin yang. Since this was my first experience with this type of scam i fell for it hook, line and sinker. I have not heard from them, been able to contact them, or seen any money at all in almost 2 years. Stay VERY far away from them.
