I had been wrongfully fired do to managemnet allegedly not completing my prbationary analysis. I had been never paid my evening review earnings the evenings I had been operating review do to financing being reduced and never having the ability to afoord it and workers being employed after me in a hire salary workers not performing there work and remaining since they're guaranteed by there probationary period. Were I had been dismissed since the new supervisor didnt like young adults working the leading desk. Though my firing was do not to entering function creating unneccesary with time though every worker is incorrect for this I had been ended never published up. Is it my fault administration hasnt done-there work getting me from my probationary time i reduce my work easily didnt do my work im safe with my probationary time being loudly to create errors without having to be dismissed. Do i deserve to reduce my work and never obtain the correct earnings do to damaging financing seems like ramada corporate must examine a business operator inside guidelines and find out when the company is truly being went how they might want to buy to become along side allowing a personnel compensation individual function four hours each day simply because they dont have sufficient people educated or understanding there careers in front desk.
