They treat you like trash

I examined to the lodge, and also the room heater didn't function. I subsequently, named leading desk to get them send a maintance guy. They sent him for the wrong space, and after freezing for 45 moments, i subsequently called leading table, plus they informed me they sent him for the wrong space. After he finally came a time later, he explained they were going to restore the whole product. I've currently been awaiting 2.5 hrs, and nothing still hasn't been done.

I called the front table, and also the hotel worker hungup on me.
