Rip off - Credit card charged without reserving through IAN Travel Services

I reserved just one space for 3 evenings at Borghese Art Palace Resort in Florence with Expedia.com but charge card charged with EUR 360, - with ref. IAN Travel Services!!! I terminated my space 48-hours before starting with Expedia.com however they responded me that I'll stop it with IAN Travel Companies! In order comprehend it's difficult to recuperate my cash! But why can Expedia.com not reiumburse me! Is their internet aspect therefore unprotected? Has anybody recover its cash? And the way? Please support me!!!
