Denial of Legitimate Claim

I bought a travel insurance plan through Entry America (through Orbitz site) on April 1. I had been identified as having prostate cancer on June 5 and experienced surgery of my prostate on July 28. I had been informed by my physician that I really could not travel for 2 to 3 months after surgery. My spouse and that I were planned to visit on August 23 - 29.

I submitted an insurance state to Gain Access To America twice (June 3 and June 10) and was informed that extra information was required. Our Physician supplied all info and times regarding my surgery and situation. I believe that Entry America is deceptive and really should no further maintain company. I wanted compensation of $562.80 from Entry America via their state types and my state continues to be refused.
