Stole My Kids Dream Vacation Florida

Omg! I am so upset. I can't believe I fell for this SCAM!

A faxed letter came through my company offering a Florida Bahamas Dream Vacation Package through The Travel Center. I called the Customer Service number at 1-866-227-3505 and was given the information. The person I spoke to tried to get me to sign up immediately saying there were only 8 vacation packages left. After speaking to my husband I contacted them again and signed up. I paid $798.00 for this vacation package which offered a visit to Orlando, Ft Lauderdale and the Bahamas plus a bonus trip vacation to Las Vegas. I received the package in the mail and once again called the Customer Service number and the Reps assured me I could call anytime to book my vacation. Well, now is the time and when I try to locate this business they are no where to be found. All of their local and toll free telephone numbers are not in service. Their information on the internet is lacking and pathetic at best!

I called the Police department in Longwood Fl. And they have informed me that this company is listed but all their published telephone numbers: 407-831-7996,407-767-1278,1-866-227-3035 and 1-866-804-0036 belong to private individuals or do not exist at all.

I had to break the news to my kids and the look on their little faces just breaks my heart. My older son is so upset he can't stop crying.

We gave this business our money and trusted they would honor their offer. I don't know who owns this company but I offer up this question: How can you sleep at night knowing you are constantly ripping people off and stealing Dream Vacations away from little children?

Shame on you!

Can someone please help us get our money back?
