Upfront Fee with no results

I signed up with The Timeshare Space, LLC on March 24 for a fee of $695. I have not heard a word from them since.

Has anyone had any success with them?

Also has anyone used Refund. Plus.com with success? They claim to get a refund with no fees until they get a refund, but I filled out their form only to be taken to a site to pay $79 which was a discount from $101.
