Advertise to get Free Cd explaining travel agent training program. All I was supposed to pay was shipping cost for CD - $4. Yet, buried in terms and conditions was the details that this would also enroll me in the program unless I canceled within 7 days. Since then, I've been charged $79.90 to my credit card. Customer Service Rep is rude, unreasonable, and insensitive. Beware!
