I signed the contract with Royal Holiday Club in February in Nassau, Bahamas. I was "guaranteed" that I would get a vacation in Cancun, Mexico and $1000 airfare.
All my attempts to contact Royal Holiday Club have been unsuccessful since I tried to obtain a $1000 airfare refund.
They do not respond to my phone calls, e-mails, and mails.
