Danubius Hotel, overpriced hotel and bad service Budapest

This hotel is terribly overpriced to be a 4 star hotel, the staff is horrible and unfriendly, no internet connection is included in the price and must be separately purchased, breakfast is not included and is terribly overpriced as well. The hotel have a newly renovated part and a smaller part of the hotel which is older and less nice - we made our booking 3 months in advance but when we arrived we were allocated a room in the old part of the hotel. Further, we made a booking for a twin bed but were given a double bed. Me myself bought one bottle of water in the minibar, 33 cl, which costed me 900 HUF, approx 6-7 euro.

They actually suggest to use your ATM card to operate the safety box, and when you are done you are instructed not to use your ATM card any longer.
