I was called by Jason Christianson w/Coast2Coast Vacations about a business venture with his company. He told me their was a 60 Day RISK FREE Money Back Guarantee. I later received an email but did not open it at the time because it just said from "support". When I did open it, I drew a line through each page and wrote cancel on it. I had already told Jason I wanted my money refunded. The invoice I received from Coast to Coast there was a paragraph that read:
TERMS of the Money Back Guarantee. To be eligible for the refund, all of the following must occur:
1. You must cancel your service between the 60th & 70th day of service.
2. You must have at least 30 prospects (leads) in your database for us to work during the 60 days
3. You must be an actice paying member for the entire 60 days.
(the fee for the database is $49.95 a month) which I was not charged.

Another attempt to get Jason to refund my money he said they had a recording of our phone conversation with me agreeing to all of the above. I said OK, play it so I can hear it. On two occasions they refused to play the recording they supposedly has.

At some point Coast to Coast was bought out by TV Travel and they began withdrawing from my checking account $49.95 monthly. I called and they said I was in the database and that was why I was charged. I was charged $49.95 the next month. They stopped withdrawing the monthly fee. They had no authorization in writting allowing them to debit my account. I never signed any paperwork. When I called TV Travel, I was told if I wanted my money back I needed to contact Coast2Coast. If they bought the database then they would be liable for refunding the original $195 I paid and the $49.95 debited from my checking account twice.
I have talked to my bank and am turning this in as Fraud.
