R&R River Retreat Filthy

We booked a family vacation through Lonesome Paws Cabins. We rented R&R River Retreat. The house was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty dishes put away in the cabinets. Threadbare, dirty linens. Used soap in the bathrooms. All the games were missing pieces and were unplayable. The downstairs smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling. The downstairs bathroom sink was not attached to the wall and could have easily been pulled down on top of a child causung injury. Only one TV was hooked up to sattalite. The road that the house is on is gravel and straight down. We were not told we needed a 4X4 and did damage to all of our vehicles. The "card" you need to access the pools, etc was expired and we waited an entire day for Lonesome Paws to bring a current one. There was no river access.
