I am writing you to inform of a problem I account at the Atlantic Terrace Resort. I was charge for towels that the Resort claims I soil. The towels were used only for bathing, nothing else.

The towels were not new but had been used before. How many times these towels being used are unknown? I was charge $62.50 for used towels.

I would have brought my own towels from home or purchase new towels at local store. And the new towels would not have cost $62.50. The manager stated, " This is way of keeping downd maintenance fee." I did not received the soil towels in the mail as the manager claim they are no used to them. This is a rip off.

This is the first time that I ever being charge for used towels at a resort. And I have being vacating for over twenty years at different resorts. The credit care is held for security damage to furnitures carpets and appliances not towels. Because these things should be replace accordingly to wear and tear of the items.
