Buy one Thing and get pressured to buy something else

I had toured with E Tour N Travel in ORLANDO before and it was fine, but this time the salesman misrepresented the package, he told me I would get a hotel, car and theme park tkts for one price, when it arrived there was a note saying a car or theme park tickets-i called and too bad was there attitude.
Next, I called to finalize my reservations and the salesman tried to tell me I have to pay another 30. Per night to stay closer to the parks.
After complaining that it was not what I purchased he found a resort closer at no extra charge. Then I called to reserve the car and was put on hold on a live chat line for over an hour and 30 minutes - I had 4 simple questions and was finally disconnect because the operator Erica left for a break. When a telephoned I got Erica on the phone line who admitted she forgot I was on the chat line and had left for a break-and never did answer my question - If this company operates in such a careless manner why would anyone want to use them book travel - no matter how great the deal sounds - they should care because if we don't use their service they don't have jobs - maybe they should think about that.
