Called to cancel within required time, but was charged anyway

I stumbled across this Dealmax thing in one of those win a free laptop, just complete the required programs or something. I selected the Dealmax item without really thinking about it, and then called them to cancel my membership.

I thought that would be the end of it, but after two insufficient funds on my checking account, I saw the withdrawals made on my account from Dealmaxap9. This is causing me a problem because like everyone else I'm not exactly rollin in dough. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me, and I am fed up with it! Can we not trust anyone or anything online?

Please do all you can to stop this kind of thing. Folks like myself would be very grateful! Sincerely
