Not as advertised, did not receive refund

I received the pitch through another company and decided to give it a try. I was assured that I could cancel at any time. When I received my kit, it did not suit our style and I returned the entire packet following directions to the letter on March 10. As of May 26, I have not received a refund on my credit card.
