Ramada Plaza Resorts - Orlando/Ftlauderdale Vacations Ripoff Scams and refuse to refund my monies back for cruise

I took a vacation tour and received a package for a 3/2 cruise to the Bahamas and 3/2 hotel stay in Vegas. I paid my monies for the cruise 11/7/08 and was told I have up to 1 year. I made contact with the company and informed them that due to the economy I would not be able to take the trip and would like a refund of $118.00 port fee that I paid back in November. On May 11th I started out speaking to Eddie in Reservations, he then transferred me to Marcie in customer care who then transferred me to Phillip Mgr of customer care who then transferred me to Gilbert another so call manager. I was informed that I would not be able to receive my monies back because I had pass the time for me to cancel my trip. I informed them of the reason why and was told regardless I will not be able to get my monies back but they will be willing to cancel my package. Prior to booking this trip I address cancellation procedures with several customer serivice reps and was informed that I would be able to cancel at any time with out any problems of getting a refund. These reps are rude, they are not knowledgeable of their products, and they pass your calls around and put you on hold for in hopes you will hang up. Dealing with these people has left me non-trusting of all cruiselines. All I want is my money back and I will no longer deal with this company again in life!
