Did not get me my passport as promised

Odered an expedited passport gauranteeing I'd contain it for my journey. Never arrived over time and got no aid from their designated expert for my situation. I skipped my starting and needed to allow my loved ones opt for out me. Visited the closest nationwide passport middle and got one same-day.

I'll be ultimately happening my journey 2 nights later compared to remainder of my loved ones. Dont rely on them
