Guilty, without proof

Yes I know Arizona is a right to work state but really there should be guidlines and rules and regulations along with that right. When four employees get falsley accused and terminated, the after effects are more than someone could know unless they themselves have been through it. Your self esteem, confiedence, a feeling of your independence is stripped. I know we are not the first to go through something like this and everyone of you no doubt felt like getting the truth out in public was what needed to be done. I think what realy bothers us the most is that the companys and people who have some power such as managers and CEO's are not phased one bit or even have second thoughts of what is going to happen to people after they not only set the wheels in motion but started to roll the wheel, even spinning out of controll. What about the little guy, you know the ones who work their tail feathers off and their dedication and time for these companys? We can not be the only ones who care about things like this, can we? Its the little guys who make the big wigs and successful companys who they are today, without us they would not exist.
