Coco keys resort, horrible, cold

I was there feb 28th for my daughters 14th bday it was horrible, the water was cold, had to wait inline for the hot tub. The party host was was not friendly.

The money was not worth it. I will never go back. I paid
over $200. To have a birthday party and this is what I get a Horrible time.

I have even emailed the marketing personel and they read it. But no response back.

I want my money back!!!
