After receiving literature about getting a free 2 night stay on a cruise ship. I called and listened for 45 min on all the benefits of upgrading. I did not want to do so and I said just give me the free portion and I was hung up on. I called back and spoke to Keith a manager and he also hung up on me. I know that this is a scam to get money and not give you a free 2 days eventhough the paperwork says free-no catches.
