Offered Gas Rebates but none received nor are the contact phone number/e-mail address valid

After joining a program to purchase a life time holiday deal, they guaranteed $300 in fuel discounts should you posted bills in the same gasoline station (to advertise brand loyalty). The Freebeegas does not have a functional telephone number or email address for me personally to ask why my discounts are not coming. Smells like FRAUD, appears like FRAUD, feels as though FRAUD... Why cannot we place these out-of company for deceiving everyone.
