Grupo mayan resort scam to sell holiday systems international travel agency ripoff

On October 15, I participated in a grueling 4 hour time share presentation (supposedly a 90 minute presentation that they extended to wear me down) After going through 4 managers asking me about why I didn't want their timeshare plan I finally made it to the final manager who asked how my experience was. I was visibly upset/shaken and he said he would get higher management to help me since I was on the verge of tears. Another manager explained to me that the whole group of timeshare people was fired the week prior due to rude, unprofessional behaviors. He told me many were from the states and called Closers and those were the ones who were disrespectful and rude to me. He told me they would make it right' by me and proceeded to show me another plan which is the travel agency plan through Holiday Systems International. The Grupo Mayan folks apparently are all Closers for HSI. They guaranteed me 15 years of $100 burn weeks and 15 years of $500 weeks which I have found none, unless you want to go to Branson, Missouri! I've read on the Web that other buyers have experienced the same frustration of not finding the trips they want at the places and times they want but HSI acts like we aren't trying hard enough. It sounds like many of the complainants flat out choose to not use the service they paid for. On top of the $5,000 they deducted from my credit card there's also an annual $100 fee.
I've tried to work with the HSI agents to find trips and cruises where I would like to go and they are all substandard facilities or dates that aren't acceptable to me. I was told to find cruise deals on the web and they would get me a better rate, which is flat out untrue. The agency is bogus as it's much easier to do the research yourself. I've fretted over this and they flat out say they can't refund my $5000 because Grupo Mayan in Puerta Vallarta sold it to me. Buyer beware don't fall for this fraudulent company!
