Omni Hotel at CNN Center
Poor Customer Service

I had been staying in the Omni Hotel in the CNN Center in Atlanta, GA. I'd been there to get a show. After likely to my space, I visited obtain a container of water, but just had a buck one me (the equipment needed two pounds). I had been standing in the lift waiting to-go downstairs and obtain change whenever a safety guard strolled up-to me and explained there is a disturbance problem. I suppose it's my era he strolled up-to me. He requested for my space range and that I stated, "983, " when actually my space number was 938. (I'd in experienced the figures, but I understood where the area was actually situated.) He explained 983 was within the additional structure and had a need to take me downstairs to confirm that I had been staying there. I went with him also it was established I had been staying there. The whole period I had been handled rudely as though I had been an adolescent managing a dirt within the resort after I was merely attempting to proceed downstairs to obtain change to get a $2 jar of water. The supervisor was rude and simply smirked at me after I was asking the main reason I had been escorted. I am aware the safety guard performing his work, but I understand basically was 44 and never 24, this could have now been treated differently. I named the Representative of Guest Services, LaShaundra, and had the toughest customer support encounter that I've ever endured. She spoke over me, would not allow me complete a phrase, etc. I am a reasonably relaxed individual and he or she got me extremely annoyed. She lacked soft-skills and any type of problem. I have slept in the Omni often; I have my wedding there each year. Because of the therapy I obtained - primarily by LaShaundra - I'll no further remain in the Omni. I am ashamed in the customer support out of this organization.
