Failure and deciet on behalf of sales person to inform buyer of what he bought

On December 21 my wife and i bought a one week timeshare at the Silverlake Resort in Kissimmee Florida.in June whlie trying to book a one week vacation at the Silverlake resort we were told that we had bought only a three day time share. On July 14th i contacted the verification officer, Carmen Huertas via email at Silverlake to clarify this matter, however i've had no response from her. I've also tried to communicate with Bijou Higgens the salesperson via regular mail and by telephone however with no success. Silverlake has absouletly ignored all my request to verify this issue. My wife and i truly feels that we have been cheated by Silverlaks Resort.
